ScratchGone is owned and operated by VTO Enterprises, Inc., a DVD rental company that has been using hi-tech disc repair equipment as part of their business model. By repairing scratched DVDs, we have successfully and significantly increased our own quality of service to our rental customers, and have reduced our own costs by extending the lifespan of high-circulation movie inventory. Locally, we offer our services to video shops in the area who resell it to consumers and use it to increase the quality of their own merchandise - its a win-win situation. We now offer our repair services online with ScratchGone and plan to do so for a very long time. Customers and merchants get their CDs, games and DVDs repaired at a very reasonable price, and we get to pay off our expensive repair equipment by offering a quality service to the public.
